Returns and exchanges

• Any product purchased online is subject to return within 14 days of receipt.
• The products mustn’t be used, otherwise they won’t be exchanged or refunded.
• Clients need to present the receipt to make an exchange or to return it.
• The products must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunding

• Refund is made in the same payment method as purchase. Customers receive the refund within 14 days.
